Description:
A celebration of the winter solstice and the customs surrounding it mostly based on British Isles traditions includes mummers play, morris dance, wassailing and other singing by adult and childrens chorus.Each year a different mummers play has been performed. Some years based on traditional plays, some years more novel, written by a member of the cast usually.
