"J. Granby" (1953) extensively quotes an account of Plough Monday from a book by Miller with this title, although neither this nor the later 1856 edition contain any reference to Plough Monday. It seems likely that "Granby" had misremembered another book by Miller with a similar title "The Year-Book of Country Life" (1855) which does contain the quoted passages.
