Canon Stevens, South Collingham, rang. He was vicar of Kirklington 1947
to 1956. He remembers having a conversation with Miss Milner in about
1948 after having heard reference to Plough Monday on the radio. Miss
Milner remembered seeing a play on Plough Monday and decided to find out
what else she could about the play.
